I believe that all three barriers are very real for the auto industry but they are not true in any absolute sense. There are technical hurdles still to overcome if you want a Ferrari, but not for a Ford Focus. Sorry for such a long-winded non-answer! Q: You plan to lease Urban Car models.

As far as quick, Id give my left nut to own a Wrightspeed EV, so I could (quietly) blow the doors off Porsches and Ferraris. Did you really expect the domestic auto industry to maintain marketshare when we opened our market to free trade without first getting commitments from those other countries to open theirs?
