The state of Michigan, which has seen its economy decimated by the collapse of the gas-powered auto industry, is pouring incentives into the alt-car market. The idea is to electric vehicles more competitive with conventional, gas-powered vehicles, so that a purchaser can consider paying roughly the same amount for either.

France’s auto industry is probably the largest Western auto industry that goes completely under the radar in the US. Jan-Feb 2021 came in at high single-digits, so Jose is optimistic (barring more craziness) that China will join Europe in the DDD ( Double-Digit Disruption ) club this year.
