New Zealand should use Europe, not Australia, as the source of homologation vehicle standards in this Bill. There needs to be a massive uptake in active and public transport, as well as the provision of Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), changes to urban development, and the way we work. Less travel and mode shift are essential.
