In 126 “mystery shopper” experiences at 82 car dealerships across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, the team found that that dealers were dismissive of EVs; misinformed shoppers on vehicle specifications; omitted EVs from the sales conversation; and strongly oriented customers towards gasoline and diesel vehicle options.

g/km higher than in 2018, the delta was lower than the difference between the 2017 and 2018 results—where the growth was 2.4 g/km, almost half that produced by diesel and petrol vehicles. Despite this positive change, their emission levels were still higher than the averages they recorded in 2016 and 2017. g/km last year.

The EEA briefing NEC Directive reporting status 2017 , gives a progress update on how Member States are meeting their emission ceilings under the NEC Directive. Six Member States (Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Spain and Sweden) exceeded their NH 3 ceilings in 2015. Six Member States exceeded their NO x emission ceilings in 2015.
