Toyota introduced the next-generation three-row 2020 Highlander SUV at the New York International Auto Show. Arriving in Toyota dealerships in winter, the Highlander gasoline model will arrive in December 2019 and the Highlander Hybrid will make its way to customers in February 2020.

Nissan and Uber have signed a deal to support the introduction of 2,000 all-electric Nissan LEAFs for drivers who use the Uber app. This deal will help to deliver Uber’s vision for every car on the app in the capital—around 45,000 drivers—to be fully electric from 2025.

There will be more public locations to charge electric cars in the UK than there are gasoline stations by the summer of 2020, according to new analysis by Nissan. Central London has nearly half as many gasoline stations per car as the Scottish Highlands; only four remain within the congestion-charge zone.
