Axion Power International, a leader in carbon battery technology and energy storage, has resumed negotiations with LCB International, Inc. a BVI investment company, towards a refined and simplified technology licensing agreement to take Axion Power’s patented PbC (lead-carbon) technology ( earlier post ) to China.
