GM and Honda to establish industry-first $85M joint fuel cell system manufacturing operation in Michigan

Next-generation fuel cell stack co-developed by Honda and GM. The master collaboration agreement announced in July 2013 established the co-development arrangement for a next-generation fuel cell system and hydrogen storage technologies. The companies are making equal investments totaling $85 million in the joint venture.
