It will appear in Europe next year as the Opel Ampera and in Australia as the Holden Volt in 2012. Fisker is a good example. needs to have an indigenous automobile industry, and not merely "transplants". Whats more, the General promises the Volt will be the foundation for a slew of cars to be sold worldwide. Never again.
