In the first quarter of 2009, automotive production in Europe fell by 35% to 3.4 million vehicles, according to the latest Economic Report from the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA). Growing Number of EU Countries Levying CO2 Taxes on Cars and Incentivizing Plug-ins
