The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released the draft 2022 Climate Change Scoping Plan —the third update to the state’s initial 2008 Scoping Plan. 10% of aviation fuel demand is met by electricity (batteries) or hydrogen (fuel cells) in 2045. 100% of LDV sales are ZEV by 2035.
