Fuel cell cars should be plug-in hybrids so that the fuel cell is used only for extended range, and the fuel cell stack and hydrogen storage can be smaller. The 2006 Civic Hybrid, though it can theoretically drive solely on electric power, has too small an electric motor to effectively power the car by itself. How can I help?
