A breach in ExxonMobil’s Pegasus crude oil pipeline occurred late Friday afternoon near Mayflower, AR (about 20 miles north northwest of Little Rock and at the southeastern end of the Lake Conway reservoir). The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) categorizes the incident as a “major spill”—i.e., Source: City of Mayflower.
