Spirit of DC Visits Citicar Gathering!

We had a Kewet, electric scooter, electric motorcycle, EV Jetta, and of course, the Spirit of DC. I met Jerry Asher last summer on his trip across America in Madison, Wisconsin. Citicar owners from all over the country got together to celebrate these cute little electric vehicles, and meet with the man behind the car, Bob Beaumont.
