December saw France’s plug-in electric vehicles grow to take 25.0% Full electrics grew at a decent rate, but plugin hybrids fell. December’s overall plugin result of 25.0% plugin hybrids (PHEVs). For 2022 as a whole, plugins accumulated a 21.6% plugins, comprising 9.8% a year ago.
