The Renault-Nissan Alliance is building fleet charging stations in Portland and Phoenix. The Think Global would definitly be classified as a mini-car, several size classes smaller than a compact car like the Honda Civic or Ford Focus. The Chevy Volt is going to count on an overnight charge from a standard wall outlet.
