A thinking person should ask, “How did the Leaf owner travel the unaccounted miles, the ones that were not e-miles?” The good news is that this storage could easily and simply be provided by PHEV cars and trucks as discussed above. We can set a goal to have every new vehicle purchased be a PHEV.
