ZF has produced 2M electric motors; mild-hybrid to full-electric drives

ZF decided years ago to deploy its own technology of concentrated windings, which is now used for electric motors in hybrid applications. In order to keep pace with the global increase in electric vehicle production, ZF has continuously expanded production capacities for electric motors at the lead plant in Schweinfurt, Germany.
