You won’t need to be recharging all the time, as this bike can go for 100 km on one charge. This folding electric bike comes from Taiwan. The Tern bike blasted through its Kickstarter goal and is now available for sale. It is a marvel, though. The L1E can speed up to 45 km/h in assisted mode. Neat, right?

LiFeBATT USA distributes Lithium Iron Phosphate battery modules that are manufactured in Taiwan. The extra lead-acid battery pack can be recharged externally at night from the Prius owner’s household 110 VAC source in a home garage.
