Total cost of ownership of EVs is generally less than an ICE vehicle over its expected life since they have lower maintenance costs and electricity is less expensive per mile than gasoline, and tax incentives and rebates help a lot as well. Fixing the multiple problems underlying EV charging will not likely happen anytime soon.

The customer will only pay a monthly fee about $240 (US Dollars) which includes a full maintenance service agreement; carbon offset payments and in some countries even all electricity used, and insurance. I bet a used Stanley Steamer didn’t fetch much in 1925 when gas stations made it to every street corner. aren’t there yet.
