The factory, located in Lebanon, east of Nashville, Tennessee, is expected to produce as many as 30,000 electric vehicle chargers a year and create 500 jobs, the White House said. Taking into account factors such as tax incentives, logistics advantages and labor force, the company finally chose Tennessee.
