The EPA estimates the G80’s fuel economy to be 17 mpg city/26 highway/20 combined. For better economy, the 2.5L If fuel economy is a pacing item, then getting 32 mpg with the smaller displacement probably is worth foregoing the performance benefits of the larger engine. Luxury Abounds. Just the opposite. Both run on 91 octane.
