Hyundai Motor Company’s commercial division unveiled its new heavy duty truck Xcient at the 2013 Seoul Motor Show. Hyundai is set to hold events for the new car in overseas markets including Peru and Russia. Hyundai Xcient will go on sale in the second half of this year with a target of 60,000 global sales by 2017.

Eaton signs long-term agreement with Argentine bus manufacturer TATSA to design and supply hybrid systems

The hybrid system combines a Cummins diesel engine with an electric motor that has a peak power output of 44 kW. In the last few years, TATSA has signed production agreements with various automotive companies worldwide and has also established commercial representations in the USA, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, India and Qatar.
