Fisker receives huge funding boost

The second stage of the project will see $369.5million go towards Fisker’s Project Nina – this is the design, engineering and assembly of the company’s next generation plug-in hybrids which will start at around $39,900 after tax credits. Fisker hopes to make 75,000-100,000 of these plug-in vehicles a year beginning in late 2012.
