The combination of harvesting whole forests and burning long-sequestered carbon sources such as coal or oil has impaired the Earth’s carbon cycle at an increasing pace. The good news is that this storage could easily and simply be provided by PHEV cars and trucks as discussed above. A good start: have all government vehicles be PHEVs.
