The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded $5 million to the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE) to help Southern truckers and small businesses to buy cleaner big rigs. Rush Enterprises, Inc. About 8 million are exposed to air quality that violates the federal standards for particulate matter.
