The testers conducted nearly 150 tests at 28 stations (4 each from 7 different networks) in Michigan, Ohio, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Its methodology is respected as the de facto industry standard. We compared, for example, how the Chinese OEMs are performing compared to the European ones.
