The good news is that EVs are starting to make a difference. EVs are Better for the Grid Electric vehicles are essentially mobile power storage that can get us where we need to go. Since most EVs are only in use a small fraction of each day, they can often charge when energy on the grid is clean, cheap, and abundant.

Why, simple the US embraced Fracking to produce bountifully supplies of cheap gas. We also need more power storage in the form of batteries and other technologies to store power when the sun shines and the wind blows. We also need more Grid to Car and Car to Grid interconnect. No Fracking.
