Capitol Hill made for a strange sight earlier this week as it was surrounded by everything from two-seat sports cars to vehicles that resembled golf carts and bucket trucks. All of the cars ran on electricity or biofuels in addition to petroleum. Many more manufacturers took the opportunity to showcase their cars.
