We'll disclose right up front that the seller mentions the car has a rebuilt title due to left-front-end damage from when it had 13,000 miles -- it now has 21,000. The car has the Track package.

It was the North Carolina DMV that seems to have blown the cover off the place, taking it upon themselves to rightly look into alleged shady activity at Nissan of Shelby. Whether these were wreck or flood cars isn’t mentioned in the release but I think we can safely speculate on that particular detail.
