Neste plans to start selling diesel produced entirely from renewable raw materials at selected stations in Finland around the turn of the year. The majority of the renewable raw materials the company uses to refine the product, consists of waste and residues. It is easy to adopt, as it does not require any vehicle modifications.

The company is engaged in continuous development work to further expand the raw material base. Sales of Neste MY will begin at Neste service stations in Finland, namely Espoo Piispanmäki, Vantaa Ilmakehä, Helsinki Konala, Espoo Otaniemi, Espoo Olari and Vantaa Varisto. At Porvoo Refinery, Neste turns the ham fat into renewable diesel.
