It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. My personal criteria for an EV is 80/80 MPH/miles range, but thats because drivers either go 80 or stopped around here.
