They have 4 models of electric scooters and also plan to launch some motorcycles. The lead acid version is priced at 52 K. That was so unnatural for a person who is on cycles most of the time. That segment will be dominated by motorcycles for some time to come. Here are my thoughts.

Of course in the current era of 2w there is no point buying a petrol 2w it just doesn’t makes sense, with so many EV options. 2w EV's have moved beyond lead-acid battery, with lacklustre performance to software driven, feature packed, futuristic designs ,we have brands like PURE EV, Okinawa, Ather, Ola, Simple energy on the EV scene.

Duh, heres our $40K volt, buy it please? If you just set aside the fantasy goal of an electric car with the same or better performance than an ICE powered car then we could build utilitarian short range EVs now, and could have been doing this coninually since 1900 with lead-acid batteries. They will not meet my needs.
