What isclear is that the full £5,000 will not be available for a £8,000 G-Wiz or a£15,000 Smart EV. The 2011 start date has been chosen to coincide with theexpected introduction of a wider variety of electric and plug-in hybrid carsin Britain. Is it becuase US market prefers a "home" product?
