General Motors. Highlander and Highlander Hybrid posted combined sales of 9,407 units, up 39.1% Highlander Hybrid sales were down 14.6%. On 27 July, Chrysler restarted production at 9 of its 11 manufacturing facilities. Hybrids had an especially good month, with reported sales jumping 31.8%
