Quadrant Creative Molding & Systems (QCMS) worked with its partners along the supply chain on the development of a fully automated production/assembly/quality control process, within a tight schedule. The overmolding process is carried out fully automatically in a purpose-built manufacturing cell at the main QCMS plant in Tielt, Belgium.
