I write a monthly column for the Electric Auto Association newsletter, Current EVents. As March came to a close, the Obama administration found GM and Chrysler’s restructuring plans “not viable.” GM CEO Rick Waggoner was pushed out and the company got sixty days to get its act together. Here's my April column.
