The bill in question, HB 3994, aims to update and change parts of existing Oklahoma statutes related to the state’s auto industry. Tesla is already not allowed to directly sell its cars to consumers in Oklahoma, but HB 3994 could give the company even more headaches. I’m a parent and foster parent.
