The ChargePoint America program's Chargers are made by Coulomb Technologies. A new Federal Grant will enable many electric vehicle early adopters to get their chargers for free. (A California-based Coulomb Technologies makes the program’s ChargePoint chargers, which were shipped to 130 customers in 2009.
