The Biden administration has announced three major pro-EV initiatives in recent months—a revamping of the federal tax credits , an infrastructure funding package , and new EPA emissions standards. I think it’s one thing to have a commitment for 2030 and 2035, and it’s another thing to have to meet legal requirements and standards.
