The front-wheel drive Mazda MX-5 Miata and Hyundai Veloster R-Spec are wonderful, handle great and are zippy, but are not in the same conversation with the much larger, rear-wheel drive, more powerful and heavier Corvette Stingray. Road Manners. There is no comparing the mid-engine Corvette with other mainstream two-seat sports cars.

General Motor eCrate conversion kits – by late 2021 GM plans to offer battery and motor kits for classic cars, allowing an easy EV conversion. Mazda MX-30 – sporty thinking in a compact SUV body with rear-hinged back doors. Mazda is reportedly working on one for 2023. Due in 2022. Volkswagen ID.1
