My test car, in “Moon” metallic, started at $59,900, and with $1,200 extra for the paint and $1,300 for destination (it’s shipped from its Chinese factory), came to $62,400. Still a bit of a mystery. Coda Automotive , with its warmed-over Chinese sedan, has departed, but Fisker (now Karma) Automotive has revived its high-end plug-in hybrid under new Chinese ownership. The Swedes (with some Chinese help) are bringing more EVs. Henrik Fisker has vowed to return with his own California-themed model under his own name.
