Fisker receives huge funding boost

The US Department of Energy has awarded the California based manufacturer a conditional loan of $528.7million for the development of two lines of plug-in hybrids – the Karma and the new Project Nina vehicle. Both cars must be delivered by 2016. Here is how the loan will work.
