Vehicles must meet strict emission standards to drive in the ULEZ area: Euro 4 for gasoline cars and vans (widely available since 2006). Vehicles that do not meet the standards must pay a £12.50 daily charge.

Extending the Ultra-Low Emission Zone (‘ULEZ’) beyond central London from 2020: for motorcycles, cars and vans, to the North and South Circular; and for lorries, buses and coaches London-wide.

In Nigeria, Ford is working with Riders for Health to strengthen healthcare access by training the group’s technicians to maintain their motorcycles, four-wheeled vehicles and trucks in order to deliver medical professionals and supplies to people in rural areas and extend the amount of time vehicles are in service.
