USDOT awarding $55M to support purchase of Low-No buses; electric buses and infrastructure

Alabama A&M University. Alabama A&M University’s Bulldog Transit System will receive funding to purchase electric buses, charging stations, and other associated equipment. Hampton Roads Transit will purchase 40-ft Proterra Catalyst E2 Extended Range Electric Buses and associated Depo Plug-in Chargers.
