EPRI-Daimler-Chrysler Plug-In Hybrid Development Program : Daimler-Chrysler, working with EPRI and others, has produced a small number of PHEV (15-passenger) Dodge Sprinter vans for fleet testing purposes.

First Escape PHEV delivered to SCE Nov 2007; 20 in 2008-2009.
