Monthly sales of hybrids. General Motors. Highlander and Highlander Hybrid posted combined sales of 9,407 units, up 39.1% over July 2008. Highlander Hybrid sales were down 14.6%. The RX and RX Hybrid luxury utility vehicle posted combined July sales of 7,811 units, up 10.0% over July 2008.
