Monthly new vehicle market share for hybrids. Buoyed by the US government’s CARS (“Cash for Clunkers”) program, US auto sales slowed their decline in the US in July, dropping on 12.1% Highlander and Highlander Hybrid posted combined sales of 9,407 units, up 39.1% over July 2008. RX Hybrid sales were down 4.9%.
