America’s Auto Auction Group (AAAG) which will adopt the Ship.Cars transportation management system across all 38 of its auction locations, the companies announced recently.

“Our technology will not only streamline their operation but also contribute significantly to their growth,” said Eftim Eftimov, President of Ship.Cars, in a Jan. 30 news release.

The group operates dealer-only wholesale auctions across the U.S., offering an array of inventory from independent car dealers, franchise stores, fleet and leasing companies, and financial institutions.

The use of its branded LoadMate Pro will upgrade AAAG’s current transportation process, introducing a modernized, unified system throughout the enterprise.

“After a comprehensive evaluation of our options and strategy, we chose to partner with Ship.Cars,” said Joe Ruch, vice president of operational excellence at America’s Auto Auction Group. “Their company ethos and leadership align perfectly with our values of transparency, compliance and data security throughout the automotive transportation process."

In 2023, Ship.Cars integrated its technology with AutoIMS to make inventory transportation for AAAG auctions and the remarketing industry more efficient. AAAG can now have inventory from their institutional consignors automatically loaded into LoadMate Pro for dispatch. This saves time as transportation managers dispatch the inventory to their network of providers with a few clicks.

Ship.Cars also has changed AAAG’s accounts payable process. Last year, the company managed many invoices from various transportation vendors, most of which were handwritten and lacked invoice numbers. Ship.Cars provides standardized invoicing and unique invoice numbers for each transporter, thereby eliminating manual tasks, improving accuracy, and saving considerable time.
