Porsche opens first Charging Lounge

Porsche is planning to set up its own fast-charging stations offering a premium charging experience along Europe’s most important routes. As a pilot site, the first Porsche Charging Lounge has opened outside Bingen am Rhein. Further Porsche Charging Lounges are currently planned for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Porsche expanding Charging Service in Europe; more than 49,000 charging points

Just a few months after the launch, Porsche is expanding its charging service for plug-in and electric vehicles ( earlier post ) by five countries and additional functions. A new feature offered by the Porsche Charging Service is a rating function. In Germany, the fee for using the Porsche Charging Service is €2.50 (US$2.86) per month.

Volume fell mostly due to the B-SUV and C-SUV subsegments—as they are very popular in France, Italy and Spain, the models were badly hit given these were three of the most affected markets.

THINK Restarts Production of EVs in Finland

Sales of the THINK City have started in selected key EV markets such as Austria, Denmark, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, with first fleet deliveries due to start before Christmas.
