Cheers PHEV3A'rs, EVADC'rs and EVnthusiasts, One & All - In San Diego, the "Spirit" did on PHEV Day 135, Tuesday, 10 February 2009, a run to Cuyamaca College. But suffice to say, the "Spirit" did lots of charging around: One showing was 95.4MPG for 90 with the 5-minute blue screen having readings: 30MPG; 100; 95; 70; and 100MPG.

Alfa Romeo Tonale – the Italian brand finally has a rechargeable car in its ranks in the form of the Tonale PHEV compact SUV. Aston Martin DBX PHEV and EV – electrified versions of AM’s first SUV on the cards. No surprises there are promises of big performance for a PHEV due late in 2022 or early 2023.

Plug-ins would simple be either pure EVs or PHEVs, and hopefully tapping into homegrown American electrons for the drive to have America energy independence once again. Tucson, Pima Cty 4. Maybe the "Spirit" can grab an opportunity charge from a common 110-volt AC outlet. The general theme (and purpose) is: Plug-in Arizona!
